I was driving through the lot and noticed the lack of inventory. I stopped and spoke to someone who worked at Auto Express and asked about this. Robert A. (Sales Manager) stated that Auto Express was going out of business due to the owner retiring, so new inventory wasn’t being brought into the lot. He took the time to explain what was going on, gave me tips on using the Capital One pre-approval process that is on their website, and was just overall very helpful and courteous despite the tough situation the employees of AE are dealing with. I ended up using the Capital One feature on their site, found a few vehicles I got prequalified for, and ended up purchasing a 2023 Nissan from them the same day.
Robert is a great example of outstanding customer service! I had no idea I would be buying a car that day since I was genuinely just curious why the lot was so empty, but Robert is a prime example of going above and beyond for a customer! My sales representative, Quan, was also very pleasant to work with! Despite limited sales reps remaining with the company, and Quan dealing with multiple customers at the same time, it was a quick and pain free experience closing the deal.
